Work With Our Health Experts.

Dr. Anthony Marotta PhD

Dr. Marotta is the Innovator behind the NAOHI™ Nutritional Index Algorithm and the Foodaceutical™ Score.

Over the course of my professional tenure in life sciences, I have had the great pleasure of working alongside of great clinicians and scientist specializing in gastroenterology, pathology and rheumatology. I often find that the best patient centric solutions center on understanding the unmet need and how we can work with clinicians and patients to improve outcomes.

Dr. Arun Garg PhD, MD, FRCPC

Dr. Garg is interested in Biochemical Medicine and the Role of lifestyle in Health Promotion, illness prevention and management of disease. Self-management by the individual and the role of technical and biochemical parameters in health is important to understand.

Food is key to lifestyle related health, and the biochemical basis of disease is the foundation of science in management of individual conditions. Diet and nutrition are central to achieving a healthy balance and understanding the how’s are just as critical, how much should I eat, when should I eat and why I should eat and with whom are just as important for health.

For chronic non-communicable diseases, inflammation is the key initiator of pathobiology and diet, especially simple sugars and insulin resistance, play key role in the onset and perpetuation of disease. Thus diet and nutrition is foundational for good health.

Dr. Lesley Esford, PhD

Dr. Esford is a PhD trained clinical scientist and a founder of Durwell Equine Naturals, a vet health company focused on helping horses and trainer thrive.

Lesley’s interest in human health centers on the premise that there has to be science-based products that are focused on health and doing no harm.  There are more than just trans fats that should not be allowed in foods.  We have focused on convenience with the addition of additives, sugars and other components.

Food is such a critical component to wellness and the consumer is not well versed in what they should and should not be eating
